You’re never too old for a sock monkey!  Come join us on Sunday at the Scarlet Thread in Webster and make a sock monkey.  I’ll have kits with the socks or you can bring your own pair of socks (they don’t have to be the Red Heel Socks).   We’ll have brunch as always, although we’ll be starting an hour later (12:30 – 4:30pm).  This is a fun, mostly hand stitched project, that makes a great gift for young and old alike.  Caffeinated Crafters is a group of creative women who have been meeting for the last year and a half making trendy projects like Japanese Wagashi wine charms and handballs, market totes and hobo purses, barrister’s aprons, tote bags from vinyl covered record albums, felted pincushions from recycled sweaters, quilted eyeglass cases and luggage tags.  We meet once a month on Sundays for caffeine and creative crafting.  Come join us.  Just email me at qwm@rochester.rr.com or call me to sign up and get a supply list.  The class is only $25.
